Meg Bullough
Social Worker
Meg Bullough is an accredited Mental Health Social Worker who offers clinical individual therapy and has experience working with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues and coming of age challenges. She works to identify her client’s strengths, review challenges, and create a personalised treatment plan that addresses their needs.
Meg’s therapy sessions are rooted in evidence-based practices that have been proven effective in helping individuals overcome a variety of mental health concerns. She specialises in Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.
Meg highly values the relationship between herself and her clients and strives to create a safe, supportive, non-judgemental space where clients feel validated and are able to explore their thoughts and feelings honestly. She recognises that everyone’s journey is unique, and is highly committed to collaborating with her clients to help reach their goals.
Accredited Mental Health Social Workers (AMHSW) have specialised in mental health and are regulated through a rigorous process by the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). AMHSW are trained in assessment and treatment of a wide range of mental health disorders using a variety of evidence- based interventions and therapies to meet the clients’ unique needs.
