Belle is a Registered Psychologist who is passionate about working with individuals through the challenges of life to help them reach their potential. Belle has a warm and open interpersonal style and uses a collaborative approach when working with individuals of all ages, backgrounds and circumstances. Belle has experience working with a range of mental health presentations in children, adolescents, and adults in a private practice setting, as well as in providing counselling to clients who have experienced trauma in the not-for-profit sector.

Belle uses a flexible approach to therapy depending on client needs, goals, and preferences. Belle draws on interventions from a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT); Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT); Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT); Narrative Therapy; Solution-Focused Therapy; mindfulness-based therapies as well as ongoing supportive psychotherapy.
