Psychology Fees
We provide psychological treatment under the Australian Government’s Better Access to Mental Health Care initiative. As such, you may be able to access medicare rebates, for both in person or Telehealth sessions, if you are eligible for a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP. Rebates are processed by our clinical services team with the rebate deposited directly into your account by Medicare. We are registered with private health insurance providers in Australia. If you have private health insurance you may be eligible to claim rebates. Private insurance claims are processed at the time you make your payment with us, via our HICAPS terminal. Certain assessments may incur extra billing as necessary, find out more here. Bulk Billing, or low gap fees may be available depending upon your circumstances and practitioner availability.

Counselling Fees
Counsellors are not eligible for Medicare Rebates and do not require a referral. Concession rates may be available at the discretion of our counsellor. Please contact our clinic services team for any further enquiries.
