Meet the Team

Katrina Sheehan

Relationship Counsellor

Katrina recently relocated from Melbourne to Brisbane with her family and is passionate about helping couples achieve their goals. Intimate relationships are fundamental in our lives. It is inevitable that differences and challenges will emerge. Katrina understands that each person’s challenges are unique, and with relationship counselling, she aims to help partners find the best way forward.

She uses proven, flexible and integrative approaches in empowering couples to find the most suitable solution based on their current situation, whilst going at their own pace. She helps partners make sense of what they are experiencing by feeling heard, understood, and being motivated to change for a positive and successful outcome. Treatment, interventions and strategies are tailored to the needs and goals of each individual relationship.
